Dulwich Village Approved!

Stephen Kavanagh Architects have successfully applied for Planning Approval and a Dulwich Estate License for a loft extension and conversion in the heart of Dulwich Village.

The site is next to a Listed Building within a Conservation Area, presenting a number of complexities, but we successfully negotiated these hurdles by engaging with local concerns in a proactive way.
